Best Salad Ever at Terilli’s

I usually like salads as a beginning to a meal, not as the meal itself.  But last Friday while out celebrating a friend’s birthday at Terilli’s, I was in the mood for something lighter and ordered the lobster and asparagus salad.  I don’t think I have ever enjoyed a salad as much as this particular dish, drizzled with a garlic butter dressing and served with a side of tomato-olive salsa.  As a fellow guest pointed out, “you must have enjoyed that salad, there’s nothing left on your plate.”
