Donna,

Your adventures in Lodon remind me of when my fiance' and I went for a week long trip. Unfortunately she got horribly sick after the first day. We stayed about a block west of the Edgware Road tube station along Edgware Road at the Hilton. We hit up most of the spots you had but we had gone around the first of March and coming from Texas (it is cold). While we didn't hit up the fancy place you had #17 on the top 50...lucky. We did happen to hit up 2 very memorable spots if you are a foodie. Neal's Yard (world famous cheese shop in SOHO) and all I have to say if you see thier Montgomery's Farm Cheddar at Central Market try it....it will make you long for some more. Also in SOHO we tried a Belgian restaurant Belgo Centraal. All I have to say about that place is the beer selection was awesome as was the food...and cheap for London standards. So if you happen to get a chance to go back (my wife won't she had it with the hospital staff there...they were a bit rude to her) definitely check out Neal's Yard.

Sorry that was a misunderstanding on my part. I was under the impression that this generic type of sausage was called Lincolnshire when that's really not true. It was only true of the sausage we had at the first B&B in Salisbury. I've gone back and corrected the posts.

I am enjoying reading your trip to the UK =)

Just curious though, why you keep calling the bangers, "lincolnshire sausages"?
